STEPS TO DOWNLOAD

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on ‘My Profile’ second to right on top.
  3. Select ‘My Products’ in the dropdown menu.
  4. You will be directed to the ‘My Products: Overview’ page. This page will display your ‘Active Subscriptions’ – the products available for you to download, for example ‘Grade 6 Prime Package’.
  5. Select the study programme within the package you are interested in downloading, for example ‘Grade 6 Exam Papers and Answers’, by clicking on ‘View’.
  6. You will be directed to that study programme’s download page.
  7. Select the topic you are interested in downloading, for example ‘English Home Language’.
  8. The topic will expand and the files within will become visible.
  9. You can preview each file before you download it. Click on the preview icon on the left of the document name.
  10. You will have these options available to you next to each file.
    • Download documents
    • Remaining downloads
  11. Choose the file you want to download by clicking the download icon in the column labelled ‘Download documents’.
  12. If prompted, choose the destination on your computer or device’s hard drive where you would like the files to be saved.
  13. Navigate to the chosen location on your computer or device to open and view the downloaded items. If your browser is set up to download files automatically to a default location on your hard drive (for instance the ‘Downloads’ folder in your ‘Documents’ or ‘User Directory’) you will find the documents and zip files there.
  14. Your number of available downloads for each file will be reflected in the column labelled ‘Remaining downloads’. You have 3 available download attempts for each file.
  15. If a document reached the maximum allowed downloads you will no longer be able to download that document. If continued attempts to download the file again are made, your account will experience temporary timeout and will be under investigation for any suspicious activity.
